Overview

I undertook the Local Store Marketing (LSM) Project for Lactalis American Group to enhance and rebuild their existing platform. This platform served clients like McDonald's for various business processes. The project had two main objectives: adding new clients and reimagining the current platform. The new platform boasted cutting-edge technology and a scalable microservices architecture, while I also provided ongoing maintenance and feature additions for the existing system.

Key Deliverables Achieved:

  • Delivered a multilingual platform with a user-friendly dashboard.
  • Implemented authentication, chat, and a rich text editor.
  • Managed role and user permissions, including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • Established a robust media library for file management and versioning.

Key Aspects Addressed:

  • Ensured a user-friendly interface.
  • Implemented a robust backup and disaster recovery system.
  • Ensured accessibility, compliance, and GDPR adherence.
  • Achieved scalability, security, and supportability.
  • Documented the entire process of analysis and development in Jira Confluence.

The LSM Project successfully created a modern, efficient, and secure platform that met the diverse needs of Lactalis American Group and its clients.
